March 24, 2026 — The academic journal “Cunoașterea Științifică” (Scientific Knowledge) announces that its website, cunoasterea.ro, is now available in a bilingual format, in Romanian and English, marking a new step in strengthening its editorial visibility and expanding international access to the scientific content it publishes.
This development continues an editorial direction adopted as early as 2022, when the journal began publishing articles in English. Since then, the publication has steadily supported broader international accessibility and academic outreach.
At the same time, the journal reinforces its scientific communication standards by publishing the abstracts of all articles in both Romanian and English, thereby making its ideas, findings, and research themes accessible to a wider audience. This approach supports interdisciplinary academic dialogue and increases the discoverability and usability of the journal’s content in both the Romanian and international scholarly environments.
Another important element in the journal’s development is the integration of academic identification and indexing tools. The journal, all of its issues in both digital and print format, as well as many individual articles, have been assigned the DOI academic identifier through Crossref. This contributes to better visibility, traceability, citation, and international integration of the journal’s published content.
Through this bilingual version of its website, “Cunoașterea Științifică” reaffirms its mission to promote scientific and philosophical knowledge in open access, to support the international circulation of ideas, and to provide authors and readers with a modern, accessible editorial platform aligned with current standards of academic communication.
