Open Access Principle
The journal supports the free circulation of scholarly knowledge and considers open access to contribute to:
- increasing the visibility and impact of research;
- facilitating access to research results for scholars, students, and interested members of the public;
- encouraging academic collaboration and exchange;
- increasing the transparency and accessibility of scholarly communication;
- facilitating the lawful indexing, archiving, and reuse of published works.
The journal’s open-access policy allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, index, and lawfully reuse articles within the terms and conditions of the applicable license.
Creative Commons License
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license permits:
- copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format;
- adapting, transforming, and building upon the material;
- reuse, including for commercial purposes,
provided that appropriate credit is given to the author and the original publication, the license is indicated, and any changes made are identified.
The license does not permit additional legal or technological restrictions that would prevent uses authorized under CC BY 4.0.
Authors’ Rights
Authors retain copyright in their published works and grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication.
Retention of copyright allows authors to distribute, deposit, and reuse their own works in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license.
Further details are available on the Copyright page.
No Embargo
Articles are made openly available immediately upon publication.
The journal does not apply any embargo period before the published version becomes publicly accessible.

Access to articles is not conditional on user registration.
Publication Fee and Open Access
A EUR 10 publication fee is charged for articles definitively accepted for publication.
This fee is charged to the author only after final acceptance of the manuscript and contributes partially to covering the journal’s publication and operating costs.
The publication fee is not an access fee for readers and does not affect the journal’s open-access status.
The journal does not charge:
- a manuscript submission fee;
- an editorial evaluation fee;
- a peer-review fee;
- a separate DOI fee.
All academic articles accepted for publication receive a DOI.
Repository Deposit and Self-Archiving
Authors may deposit and distribute the published version of their article without an embargo period, including through:

- general-purpose repositories;
- personal or institutional websites;
- academic platforms.
Authors are encouraged to retain the complete bibliographic information, the DOI, and a link to the official article page.
Detailed conditions are presented on the Repository Policy page.
Indexing and Interoperability
The journal seeks to facilitate the discovery and reuse of articles through standardized scholarly metadata and interoperability infrastructures.
With publication through OJS, article metadata may be made available to third-party indexing and aggregation services, including through the OAI-PMH protocol.
This infrastructure is intended to facilitate indexing, metadata harvesting, archiving, and integration of articles into scholarly and bibliographic services.
Application of this Policy
This open-access policy and the CC BY 4.0 license apply to articles published under these editorial terms.
Articles published previously under different licensing or copyright conditions remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of publication, unless the article page expressly states otherwise.
For each work, the copyright and licensing information displayed together with the published article should be regarded as the applicable reference for that publication.
