Philosophy of Emotional Intelligence

The philosophy of emotional intelligence delves into the profound implications of emotional intelligence on personal development, interpersonal relationships, and society as a whole. The critical reflection of the aspects of emotional intelligence can be put on account of the different epistemological perspectives, reflecting the maturity of the concept. There is a need to find consistent empirical evidence for the dimensionality of emotional intelligence and to develop appropriate methods for its correct and useful measurement. A concern of researchers is whether emotional intelligence is a theory of personality, a form of intelligence, or a combination of both. Many studies consider emotional intelligence to be a personal factor associated with competence. But most researchers consider emotional intelligence as an emotional awareness of oneself and others, in addition to professional efficiency and emotional management.

The Adventures of Pinocchio – Education

Carlo Collodi, a positive representative of the Italian petty bourgeoisie of the late nineteenth century, presented in the novel the moral virtues of a secularized rural Italy. He inserts moralistic exhortations and reflections in the novel, to give up the waste of time to dedicate to study, hard work and savings. Pinocchio’s negative experiences and the good advice of the Fairy guide him in the end on the right path, after he understood the importance of study and work, thus fulfilling his desire to be transformed into a child.

The common thread of Pinocchio’s story is his desire to become a human being. Unlike some creators who approached the adventures of Pinocchio in the context of posthumanism the transhumanism embraces technological progress while strongly defending human rights and individual choice. Pinocchio is aware of his incompleteness: he seeks during the story to become “a real boy.” Human consciousness can refer to things that we do not perceive directly. Pinocchio is a “child” without a mother, created by his father to fill his loneliness. He highlights the current problem of the relationship between man and his creation, out of control.

Models of Emotional Intelligence in Research and Education

The emotional intelligence models have helped to develop different tools for construct assessment. Each theoretical paradigm conceptualizes emotional intelligence from one of two perspectives: ability or mixed model. Ability models consider emotional intelligence as a pure form of mental ability and therefore as pure intelligence. Mixed models of emotional intelligence combine mental capacity with personality traits. The trait models of emotional intelligence refer to the individual perceptions of their own emotional abilities. Cognitive learning involves placing new information into existing frameworks and modes of understanding.

The Importance of the Rare Earths for the World Economy

In the near future, the competition to control the reserves of REE will get tough. In the 21st Century, REE are as important as oil was for the previous century and coal for the 19 th Century, namely, the engine of a new industrial revolution. Rare earth elements represent a new concept and become an important part of our daily life, given the increased use of smart devices.

The Psycho-Neural Connectivity

In this paper we follow the pathway sentient informational reality couples to our well-known mass/matter/energy world, in a well-integrated inter-dimensional process. Interactions between the brain, the biofields, and the physical

We expect to recognize such intricate cortico-informational integration mechanisms, as being the pinnacle of the representations we have been investigating. Obeying the holographic distribution principle which we have followed all along our analytic path, we have to keep in mind that in order to get an incremental improvement in the accuracy of our Brain-related understandings, its overall efficiency regulation must be associated with the biofield. This association is of an uttermost subtlety and complexity, since the biofield actively interacts with neurocybernetic processes, via Quantum and Subquantum connectivity.

The two institutions co-exist together and collaborate in order to help raise future generations. School and family are the basis in education, the two should have a harmonious relationship for the good of children. The two influence the child’s school work and social life. The family is the first group a child interacts with in the early years of life. Then comes the educational institution, called school, which is a place of social interaction, where teachers and pupils communicate, new social relationships are established outside the family.

Identity and Artificial Intelligence in The Adventures of Pinocchio

Pinocchio is, above all, what he is not. His identity is often played to the limit, imagined by himself and everyone he meets along the way. Pinocchio is the name of life that is simultaneously inorganic, human and animal. For this reason, it is the possible name of a radical desertion: to identify at the same time with oneself and with someone other than oneself. One question that can be deduced from The Adventures of Pinocchio is whether such an intelligent machine would like to become “human”? In fact, before Pinocchio becomes a real boy, he does everything that real boys do, including the disobedience to their parents.
